Re:I need a cannoli filling recipe
Hello,
I know there are web sites where you can find italian recipes. But I don't think I can write web address here on the Bulletin Board.

Re:Does anyone know any Kenyan meals?
my husband and brother inlaw make ugahli quite often. It is just cornmeal and water. first you boil the water and then add cornmeal and stir. keep adding cornmeal until it gets thick. fold and stir cormeal and water until it sticks to the bottom of the pot. turn pot upside down onto a plate and serve peices like pie. ugahli goes good with beef or goat stew which is made by chopping meat up into peices. Brown meat and add tomatoe paste, onions, bell pepper whatever you like. Simmer until done. If you would like to know more email me and I will ask my husband!

Re:Re:Cannelloni recipe.
Hi Mags,

I'd like to make cannelloni with meat, because I'm not a vegetarian. I have dry pasta at home. I know English very well so that will be no problem. I go to Italian classes once a week, that's why I also tried to write in Italian.

Re:Recipes from Norway

Hello Cynthia,
I'm from Norway and I love cooking and baking. I would be more than happy to mail you some norwegian recipes. I could translate them for you from Norwegian to English. Just tell me what you would like to make.

Re:Re:Cannelloni recipe.
Ciao Gianno,
Mille grazie per la ricetta di cannelloni. Imparo l'italiano e sono a livello 3 soltanto.
La ricetta è un po' difficile, perchè scrivi solo il procedimento. Puoi mi dire quanti carne e prosciutto c'è bisogno? E poi per quanti porzioni?

Thank you for the recipe. Can you tell me how much meat and ham there is supposed to be in this recipe and how many portions it gets?
Ciao
