Hi! I am an Turkish living and working in Istanbul, Turkey. I am a teacher in High School here and I desperately want to learn English! Is there someone out there who TEACHES ENGLISH who might want to do an exchange with me? we can practise English and Turkish...I'm not a gold member.. looking for turkish reciepes
HI, I am marreied to a turkish man and would love to be able to cook him great turkish meals. He has no family here so we have to go to turkish markets for food, this way I can cook for him at home. If anyone has any reciepes to share I would be very grateful. I am also a gold member if that would make it easier for you.

Chocolate fondant
For 6 people
Chocolate fondant:
125 g of dark chocolate
112 g of butter
50 g of flour
4 eggs
150 g of sugar
Chocolate mousse:
180 g of dark chocolate
10 cl of milk
10 cl of cream
20 g of butter
3 eggs white
3 eggs yolk
25 g of sugar
Progression
Chocolate fondant:
In a bowl, melt the chocolate with some butter, On another bowl, Put sugar and eggs. Mix
them together very strongly. When chocolate and butter are melt. Put the mix into the eggs
and sugar. Use a spatula to nicely mix and add the flour
Put into moulds when ready to cook.
Chocolate mousse:
Boiled together the cream and the milk. When boiling, remove from the heat and serve the
chocolate and add butter.
With a mixer machine, whisk the eggs white little by little. Add the sugar then the egg yolks,
you just have to mix the eggs into the chocolate carefully until it is smooth.
Keep in the fridge.
Chocolate fondant:
Bake the chocolate fondant 10 min. at 180 degrees.
Chocolate Sorbet
1 L of milk
200 g sugar
200 g cocoa powder
Bring to boil the milk and sugar
add the cocoa powder boil again
sift it cool down and put into the machine.
