Brewing beer
Hello. My name is Kat and a brew beer as a hobby. I live in the USA and I am wondering if anyone has good recipes and tips for making beer. My favorites are Belgian Beers (Haven't tried a Belgian I haven't liked), Stouts and Porters, and Hefeweizens. I really want tips on how to make a good wheat beer, since mine always turn out weird. I don't think there's any stray yeast, so I don't know if it's the malt I've been using or if it's the temperature.

Re:Re:Quiero preparar comida de Mexico Y el Sur de America Y Espana!
Emilio, I would love to practice with you and we can exchange recipes, too. I love to cook and eat, and love to read recipes. I have several favorite recipes, but my best ones aren't written, just thrown together by taste and practice.
Do you know how to make "casada"or "gallo pinto" the Costa Rican dishes?

Deutsche Hausmannskost
first heat a pan, then add dices of fat ham. cut onions into stripes and put them into the pan. keep them one step bevor they become brown and finally add "yesterday potatoes". Fry for a few minutes and spice with pepper, salt and paprika. Dress the pan potatoes in the middle of a plat, one site a "Bockwurst" and a little bit mustard and dress with salat, parika and cucumbar. Serve with a german beer and clear liquor. bon appetite
